The Host Upgrade Co. is the legal business name of our Georgia limited liability company. The business is operated by founder Robert Swagert in Savannah, Georgia. We help Airbnb and short-term rental hosts, property owners, and homeowners create more memorable, guest-ready spaces.

We are an online retailer that curates and resells premium upgrades for indoor and outdoor living, including furnishings, amenities, appliances, wellness products, saunas, entertainment upgrades, coffee-station essentials, and guest essentials sourced from independent suppliers and manufacturers.

How We Fulfill Orders

We work with vetted manufacturers, distributors, and supplier partners. Depending on the product, orders may be shipped directly by the supplier, through a third-party fulfillment partner, or made to order rather than stocked in our own facility. Product pages identify relevant lead times and delivery details, and oversized products may arrive by freight carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment.
