1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery Many of our products are large freight items. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all freight deliveries before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Installed, assembled, or custom-order items are not eligible for return.

6. Dropship & Third-Party Suppliers Some products ship directly from supplier partners. While we vet our suppliers, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party fulfillment partners. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, copy, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of The Host Upgrade Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Host Upgrade Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Supplier Fulfillment & Availability

All made-to-order and drop shipped products listed on The Host Upgrade Co. are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. While we carefully vet our supplier partners and confirm product availability before listing, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent a supplier from fulfilling an order.

In the event that a product cannot be fulfilled due to supplier unavailability, production delays, or discontinuation, The Host Upgrade Co. will:

  • Notify you promptly via email as soon as we become aware of the issue
  • Offer you the choice of a full refund, a suitable substitute product (subject to your approval), or an extended lead time if the item will become available
  • Process any approved refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

The Host Upgrade Co. is not liable for delays, non-fulfillment, or damages caused by third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control. However, we are committed to making every situation right for our customers and will advocate on your behalf with our supplier partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
