Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Items (accessories, small wellness products): Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
Large & Oversized Items (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, fire pits, outdoor showers): These items ship via freight/LTL carrier. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on your location. A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Freight Delivery — Important Notes
- Freight deliveries are curbside only unless a white-glove upgrade is selected at checkout.
- You are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We are not responsible for damage reported after this window.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, exclude freight/LTL shipments unless explicitly stated.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, the outbound shipping cost will not be credited back to you.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns. For defective or damaged items, please contact us and we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
International Shipping We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders — please contact us for a shipping quote.
Made-to-Order Items Some products in our catalog are made to order. Lead times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page — please review before purchasing.
Made-to-order items ship directly to you once production is complete. These items are eligible for direct-to-customer dropshipping where applicable.
Please note: Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and payment is received. All made-to-order orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed.
