Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returns require written approval before being sent back — unauthorized returns will be rejected at the warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns due to buyer's remorse (wrong size ordered, change of mind, etc.).
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Saunas, hot tubs, and float pods
- Made-to-order and custom items
- Clearance and open box items
- Assembled items
- Gift cards and personalized items
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page
